Manufacture of Portable Cabins
Custom-built portable cabins engineered for durability, transport, and rapid site assembly.
We fabricate site offices, accommodation units, dining halls, ablution blocks, and guard rooms to the client specification, including insulation, MEP fit-out, and furniture. Units are engineered for repeated relocation and the Eastern Province climate.
Catering & Camp Operation Maintenance
Full camp operations support, from catering and housekeeping to day-to-day facility maintenance.
Our operations teams run kitchens, dining halls, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance so the camp stays serviceable for the life of the project, under one accountable contract.
Logistics & Rental Equipment
Lifting, transport, and rental equipment supplied from our own fleet to keep site work moving.
Cranes from 25 to 55 tons, flatbed trailers, dump trucks, loaders, and site vehicles are owned and operated by THCC, so mobilisation follows the project programme rather than a rental queue.
Construction of Fences
Site perimeter fencing, gates, and boundary works to secure and define the project area.
We install chain-link, panel, and solid perimeter systems with access gates and guard positions, meeting the security requirements of Aramco and SEC project sites.
Electrical System Works in Buildings
Electrical installations, distribution, and lighting systems compliant with client and safety standards.
Scope covers panel boards, distribution, internal and external lighting, earthing, and connection of temporary facilities to site power, tested and commissioned under our electrical engineer.
Construction of Steel Structure Buildings
Design and erection of steel-framed buildings for industrial, storage, and temporary use.
From shop drawings through fabrication and erection, we deliver warehouses, workshops, and shaded structures with cladding, doors, and finishes ready for handover.
Infrastructure Projects
Roads, hardstanding, drainage, water and utility networks, and full site preparation.
We grade, compact, and pave access roads and laydown areas, and install water, sewage, and drainage networks that make a bare plot ready for camp erection.
Renovation & Maintenance
Refurbishment, fit-out, and scheduled maintenance for existing buildings and facilities.
We refurbish offices and accommodation, upgrade finishes and MEP systems, and run scheduled maintenance contracts that keep existing facilities compliant and comfortable.
Equipment capability
An owned fleet of 49 units, so mobilisation is scheduled by us, not by a rental supplier.
