Temporary House Contracting Company

About us

Who we are, how we work, and the people who deliver it

Who we are

Temporary House Contracting Company (THCC) builds and operates temporary facilities for industrial, energy, and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Our core business is the design, fabrication, and installation of prefabricated buildings — site offices, accommodation, dining and welfare facilities — together with the civil, electrical, and infrastructure works that make them usable.

We work primarily as a subcontractor to the EPC and construction groups delivering Saudi Aramco, SEC, and Ma'aden projects, and we are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Since 2015 we have completed more than twenty contracts with a combined value exceeding SAR 170 million, from single-cabin supply through to complete temporary construction facilities.

Dynamic production and quality assurance remain the two focal points of the business. We continue to develop new and more robust designs to meet the growing requirements of our clients.

Mission

To deliver temporary facilities that are ready to work on the day they are handed over — built to the client's standard, on the client's programme.

Vision

To be the temporary facilities contractor of choice for the Kingdom's largest industrial and energy projects.

Values

Safety before schedule. Quality that survives an audit. Commitments we keep in writing and on site.

Project management process

Our team has built experience across a wide spectrum of prefabricated building and infrastructure projects, particularly temporary facility camps of every type. That depth of experience places us alongside the highest-ranking professional companies in the temporary facilities sector.
